Competitor Research

We typically record our focus group sesssions so that clients can hear all of the nuances in the discussion such as tone of voice, energy, enthusiasm or concern. Focus groups give us more color than typically gained by surveys and help us better understand an audience's true sentiments around a particular set of topics.

One of the best ways to understand an organization, its mission, culture and how it operates is through stakeholder interviews.
