Competitor Research

We typically record our focus group sessions so that clients can hear all of the nuances in the discussion such as tone of voice, energy, enthusiasm or concern. Focus groups give us more color than typically gained by surveys and help us better understand an audience’s true sentiments around a particular set of topics.
