Shristi helps CONNECTIVE’S clients get found online. She works across content, strategy, and SEO to help client websites reach the people who are looking for them, from traditional search results to AI-powered search.

Her curiosity about how people find what they need has led her to work across a range of industries. Before joining CONNECTIVE, she worked in content and organic growth at Infowerks Data Services, a healthcare data migration company, and worked with startups and independent creators across fields ranging from travel and business to healthcare and beyond. Along the way, she learned how people search, what makes them stop and pay attention, and what makes something worth coming back to.

Her favorite classroom, though, has been her own food and wellness blog, which she started a few years ago. Growing it from scratch, one article at a time, taught her how search really works and how much care goes into creating something people find useful. It also gave her a better understanding of the little details that make content feel personal and authentic. She brings that same patience and curiosity to her work with clients.

Shristi likes writing that sounds like a person, not a template, the kind that answers a real question, respects someone’s time, and gives them a reason to keep reading. For her, good work is useful, thoughtful, and made with intention.

Shristi earned her MS in Marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her meeting new people, exploring somewhere new, playing badminton, wandering through historic mansions and stately homes, or spending time with family. She’s always up for a new place, an interesting story, or good company.
